Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth to optimize and own our growth engine performance. This role is pivotal in overseeing sales, marketing, and team performance activities to ensure they align with our company's strategic goals. The Director of Growth will build and lead a high-performing team, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive sustainable growth through strategic planning and execution.
The Position
The Director of Growth is a key role responsible for increasing the amount, size, and quality of new client engagements. They will be a leader in both demand generation and sales effectiveness who will build and produce excellent performance from the Growth & Sales team to scale Savas.
Responsibilities
Optimize & Own Growth Engine Performance
- Oversee and manage sales, marketing, and team performance activities, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing growth team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of success.
- Track, analyze, and optimize the revenue pipeline and team performance to drive aggressive, sustainable growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand revenue streams.
- Support marketing initiatives to elevate the brand and enhance growth effectiveness.
Develop & Execute Strategy
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and refine growth opportunities, including new channels and acquisitions.
- Develop and implement systems and strategies to maximize ROI on growth initiatives.
- Shape Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market positioning to capitalize on business opportunities.
Team Leadership
- Manage the Growth & Sales team, currently comprising two Senior Client Strategists.
- Participate in the hiring process for an additional Client Strategist, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and team culture.
